The profile section can range from 2mm to 600mm. The largest aging furnace is 13 meters long, and we can produce profiles with lengths from 10mm to 12,000mm. Anodizing processes include: anodizing, sandblasting anodizing, alkaline sand anodizing, acid sand anodizing, matte anodizing, wire drawing anodizing, polishing anodizing, hard anodizing, electrophoretic anodizing, etc. We have more than 30 anodizing tanks available. The colors available are: gold, silver, black, gray, white, yellow, red, orange, blue, green, pink, purple, brown, and other custom colors upon request.
We have several vertical and horizontal spraying lines capable of performing powder coating, fluorocarbon spraying, wood grain heat transfer printing, and more. Available colors include black, white, gray, brown, and various custom colors in line with RAL standards.
